All sticker sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on store items or gift items. However, if you find an issue with your order, contact us at 240-794-8158 or info@floweravedc.com, and we will work with you to rectify the situation. 

We only offer local pickup and delivery in compliance with DC Initiatives 71 and 81. We do not ship our products. Pickups are always free, but a $20 fee will incur if you choose local delivery at checkout.
